2. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.
• The information you provide is true, complete, and accurate.

3. Service Orders and Bookings

• All bookings or consignment requests must be placed through our official website, mobile app, email, or authorized agents.
• Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a unique consignment or tracking number.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any booking request at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Payments

• Pricing depends on distance, weight, delivery type, and service level.
• All charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
• Payments must be made via authorized payment gateways or direct bank transfer.
• Invoices will be generated electronically for every transaction.
• Late or non-payment may lead to service suspension or additional charges.

5. Pickup and Delivery

• Customers must ensure that the pickup and delivery addresses are accurate and accessible.
• Our responsibility begins after pickup of the shipment and ends after delivery confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, traffic, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

6. Packaging and Labelling

• It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, seal, and label goods to prevent damage or leakage.
• Nandi Logistic reserves the right to refuse poorly packed or prohibited items.
• Shipments must not contain illegal, hazardous, perishable, or restricted materials as per Indian law.

7. Insurance and Liability

• Customers are advised to insure valuable shipments through their own insurance provider.
• Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value or as per standard logistics industry practices, whichever is lower.
• We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (like business loss or profit loss).

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be requested before pickup; once the shipment is in transit, cancellations are not possible.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Any service fee or pickup charge may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Website & App Usage

By using our digital platforms, you agree:

• Not to misuse, hack, or damage the website or its data.
• Not to upload any harmful content, scripts, or malware.
• To use our website only for legitimate logistics bookings and information.

We may suspend or terminate access to users violating these terms.
